We’d love to supply your event with the best bagels and schmears in the Hudson Valley.

Our Bagels

We set out to make a bagel that fit our ideals: crusty and seedy the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, and chewy throughout. We make each bagel by hand: starting with our sourdough starter, rolling each individually, proofing overnight, and boiling and baking them at a high temperature. The result are bagels with character and flavor.

  • We use only organic flour and natural leavening in our bread and bagels

  • Our Lox and other smoked fish is from Catsmo Artisan Smokehouse in Wallkill, NY.

  • We make our own flavored cream cheese from fresh ingredients.


The Nibble - $36

  • 1 Dozen Bagels (mixed varieties)

  • 8oz of Plain Cream Cheese

  • 8oz of Flavored Cream Cheese

  • 8oz of Whipped butter

 

The Nosh - $72

  • 1 Dozen Bagels (mixed varieties)

  • 8oz of Plain Cream Cheese

  • 8oz of Flavored Cream Cheese

  • 8oz of Whipped butter

  • 1/2 lb of Catsmo Lox

  • Sliced cucumber, Sliced tomato, red onion, capers


The Nice Spread - $120

  • 4 Dozen Bagels (mixed varieties)

  • 2 lbs of Plain cream cheese

  • 1 lb of Flavored cream cheese (Roasted Scallion, Red Chili, Dill)

  • 1 lb of Whipped butter

 

The Fit for a Mensch - $210

  • 4 Dozen Bagels (mixed varieties)

  • 2 lbs of Plain cream cheese

  • 1 lb of Flavored cream cheese (Roasted Scallion, Red Chili, Dill)

  • 1 lb of Whipped butter

  • 1 lb of Catsmo Lox

  • 1/2 lb of Smoked Trout Salad

  • 1/2 lb of Hard Smoked (Kippered Salmon)

  • Sliced cucumber, Sliced tomato, red onion, capers

Extras

Bagels: $18 per dozen

Cream Cheese (plain/flavored): $8/$10 per lb

Whipped Butter: $9 per lb

Ordering Info

  • Orders of over 2 dozen bagels need to be placed more than 4 days in advance. Orders that include smoked fish need to be placed at least a week (7 days) in advance.

  • Minimum order for a day other than Saturday is $120.

  • Delivery is possible but has an additional charge based on location.

  • We provide serving utensils and disposable platters, but no plates or napkins unless specifically requested.

About Kingston Bread Lab

Kingston Bread Lab is a community supported micro-bakery in historic Kingston, New York. Our obsession with chasing after the ultimate loaf of bread has led us to creating something that we want to share. Our focus is on small batch, naturally leavened breads made with freshly milled grains.

We are based in the kitchen of Rough Draft Bar & Books in Uptown Kingston and open every Saturday. We sell Bread, Bagels, and Sandwiches and do wholesale bread for a number of local businesses.
