We don’t do bagels every week, but when we do - they go fast. Each bagel is hand-rolled, boiled, and baked in our kitchen at Rough Draft Bar & Books. Our bagels are made with the same sourdough starter as our loaves, are slow fermented, and are 100% vegan (until you put cream cheese on them). When we have bagels, we also usually do bagel sandwiches as well. Check instagram for the full menu for this week.

You can pre-purchase until they are sold out for pickup on Saturday Morning in at Rough Draft Bar & Books (starting at 9:30 AM). Mixed = assorted Everything, Sesame, Poppy and Plain. For the more details check out the blog or subscribe to our email newsletter.
